where are these hoses supposed to connect to?

Default where are these hoses supposed to connect to?
These 2 hoses run out to the lower p/s by the fans/radiator. I found one connection seen in the 3rd pic on the radiator but Im not sure which hose connects there or where the other one goes.

if you car is an auto, I would guess stock tranny cooler. Do you have an aftermarket one installed?

Its auto but there's no aftermarket cooler.

those attach to the radiator they are the tranny cooler lines as stated earlier

Does it matter which line attaches to either connection on the radiator?

should be pretty self explanatory which one goes where on the radiator since one should be longer than ther other
