Default 346/t76... afr 205s or 225s?

simple question... i plan on running more boost on my forged 346 and plan on getting rid of the ole 317s for some afrs with a thicker deck height which would be more appropriate on my f/i small cube. i know the 205s are best for na but what about forced induction i believe nick d. has 225s on his 346. maybe hell chime in. im just wondering because i have found a set of 225s new for 2k

thanks guys

I would say to step up to the 225's that way when you step up in the future to a 4 inch bore motor you will already have the heads. Make sure the heads you have found are the small bore AFR's so they will fit your ls1.

As long as they fit your bore I say get the 225's. Lets you reuse them later on a bigger motor if you choose. Since the air is pressurized I don't think port velocity plays as big of a factor. You want to get as much air in to that engine as possible.
