might be getting a new project car. jsut wanted to know what people think about a carbed ls motor. or do i put a old school 350 based motor in it and how does it work out like this or is it a hassel

this is my brother the 97 is a hard top with no fenders or doors and no trans or motor a shell roller for 100. he was lookign at a 89 ta to but decide not to get it

no motor in it and he doesnt have a lt1 so he is gonna go ls or old school

sounds like you have a lot of work ahead of you. does this shell still have a wiring harness in it? if so i would scratch the carb plans and just put a injected lsx based motor in it. ive been thru the whole carb tuning thing and really despise having to rejet and tune the dirty way everytime the weather changes. definately will not be cheap either way you go but dont give up on it.

still has the full harness in it i will probally spend more time on the car then my brother does while we build it
