Ok I have a dumb question but say I have a ls3 camaro or corvette and I want to make the popular 416 out of it. Can I just buy a stroker kit? Is just as simple as taking the stock block and putting a different crank and pistons in it?

Overly simplified - but yes.

Just to be more simplifyed the 4.067 is the stock bore which means you dont need to do anything to the block. So you can take the stock block and put in the 4.0' stroke crankshaft and the 6.125 connecting rod and that would make the 416?

Stock Bore is 4.063 then they are honed to 4.065

Technically I believe the stock bore is 4.065" and the extra .002 is from honing. But yeah...I guess that's it.
Edit: what he said above me lol

4.070 bore x 4" stroke = 416
4.080 bore x 4" stroke = 418
You need to prep the block you don't just but and assembly and throw it in.
