Default Is a 15A fuse enough to power an LS1 DBW PCM?

I am running an engine, trans, harness and PCM from a 2006 Sierra 2500HD 6.0L/4L80E 4x4, but I did not swap in the transfer case and 4x4 stuff. I am using a fuse box from a 2008 Impala LS with a 3.5L engine.

The Sierra fuse box (which I am not using) has one 20A fuse which is connected to the PCM via two 18ga (I think) wire.

My 3.5L Impala fuse box, as well as the Impala SS fuse box which is a 5.3L GenIII V8, has one 15A fuse which is connected to the PCM and the Trans Control Module via a total of two 18ga (I think) wires.

So the question boils down to.... are two 18ga wires and one 15A fuse enough to power the PCM from my 2006 Sierra? I think it is the "0441" type PCM. All of the above mentioned vehicles are DBW.
