Since it has turned colder, my t tops and door glass gaskets are making a sqeaking noise. I have tried cleaning them with Mothers "Back to Black" but I don't notice any difference after a day or two. What else is there to put on the weather strips to prevent them from making noise? Something a bit more slick?
No- I won't put hair products on the weather strip

Are your T-Tops loose? If so, there is a good thread somewhere here that shows how to bend the brackets at the top of the A and B Pillars (That the T-Top locks in to.) so it will sit tighter.

What he said. GM makes a special weatherstripping lube, but dielectric grease is a cheaper alternative.
