My instructions came with the rockers but they were almost exactly like the one's you linked to above. Mine bottomed out at just past 1/2 turn. They reached 25ft lbs of torque at just past 3/4 turn. That link states that you need 22 but my instructions state 25 ft lbs of torque. Also use the search button and find the thread on how to setup the rockers so that the roller tip is centered on the valve stem.....very helpful.
