Question Would water in the PS cause this.

So i just got done with a turbo install and redid the PS lines. I know i am in the middle of draining and flushing the PS pump and lines but would water in the system cause the wheel to do the funky chicken when touched? It turns on its own and won't stop till i shut the car off. Car is on jacks.

Thanks

Might have some air in it man. After the cam swap mine acted sort of like that and it was full of air.
