Default Help Changing Rear Tire

Any special trick to taking off rear tire on 02 Z28?

I removed all nuts and just need to pull the tire off, it wont budge. There is a mechanism in the center of the wheel that looks like it might still be holding tire on tight. Do i need a special tool or just to put more elbow grease into it?

Thanks in advance.

i would like to see those pics also lol.
it probly just rust on the hub make shure the tire is off the ground and kick it from the back of the tire or use a rubber mallet.
there should be no mechanism.
