i'll offer $100.
just kidding with you. should be able to sell all as 1 for over $1000 or break it down and get a good $500-1000 for longblock,$300-500 induction,$500 tranny and convertor, few $100 more for the rest individually sold. hope that is closer to reasonable answer for you.

How many miles on the engine and trans? Any work done to the trans? If it's a run of the mill 350 I'd say $300-400. Depending on the miles of the motor: Carb to pan is probably worth $3,000. then whatever you think the acc. are worth to you. It looks like you have some nice acc. so probably 55-60% of their new cost.
Thats what I would offer you anyway. There is alot more to it but I'm assuming a reputable builder built it with a quality rotating assemly and it has fairly low miles. That motor would be cool for a light cruiser.
Good luck.
