any one have the 1.3x version ls1edit software?

a friend needs it for an 03 silverado the 1.2 software isnt working. can i get this version from anyone? thanks

I need it too. I bought my cable from someone that had my liscense on it, he bought an unlimited cable and sold me this cable. Since i didn't buy it from carputing i cant get upgrades.
