Made my day
Today on my lunch break, I went to a local Kroger because I needed to get some Cheeze Whiz!!! Well as I am in front of the Kroger, a Mom and her little son and daughter were letting me go by. I could tell that the son was just astonished by my car. I circled around and left it in first gear and when I slowed down, I let it engine break. Engine breaking in 1st with 410s and LT's is just orgasmic. As I park, I'm like right across from them. I can see the son just staring and smiling. I gave it a little rev and his eyes light up like a freaking Christmas tree. I turned of my music and got out of the car. Figured I would say something inspirational.
Me: "You save your money now! Don't go buying a bunch of toys and you can save your money and get a nice car like this!"
Little Boy: "Oh, like Batman?!?!"
Me: "Yup, like the batmobile!
Made my freaking day guys!! Hope everyone's hump-day is going as well as mine!!

pretty much same thing happen to me a few weeks ago. going through the neighborhood and pull up to a stop sign, little boy and girl with their dad walking and the kids jump up and down "look daddy its the batmobile". Some times I think I want something newer that doesnt rattle and shake so much and doesnt leave you smelling like gas, but then I walk out to my car and think damn she is fu(&!n sexy..... I still want a vette though.lol

Makes my day all the time when the neighbors tell me to be louder lol

How many times have kids been standing on the side of the road in a neighborhood and they give you the "spin em" signal with their hands? Happens to me all the time. The hear the train a coming! I love picking up my 12 year old daughter at her school and firing it up. All of the boys jump and then start smiling. It's a great feeling. Try that with a Honda!!!

Its all about the younger gen , we cant let them grow up and drive hybrids
My sons first ever race was when he was 6 riding passenger booster seat in a ws7 lined up against a ws6 on a 4 lane divided highway and we ran several times from dead stop and kick downs. I know he will never forget it. He also did his first "tire smoking" donut in said ws7 along with numerous burnouts and blackmark sessions. AWESOME, I wish I was my dad.
