We may begin the Maggie install this weekend. Just been too busy, worked offshore for nearly 2 months, then the holidays. Gotta pay for the toys somehow :)

I like it, but I hate the fact that with these new cars you have to go with such a stupid big wheel to fill the wheel well.... That big of a wheel completely cripples the car IMO

Sexy ride! Is there replacement material for the chrome around the tailights? The chrome just doesn't seem right to me

not fully digging the wheels but a good looking ride I suppose for what you can do with a 5th gen.

How can you seriously make a comment like that about Tony's car
when this is your ride?

You're knocking his wheels? His 5th gen looks great in comparison to many ^ 4th gens. No question about that.

I agree. I've seen those in carbon fiber and it looked very nice.
Hey Tony - any thoughts on that? I've also seen tinted tail lights and they looked great as well. The red tails stand out a bit too much given the overall scheme of the car.

i also think that matte black overlays on the front/rear bowties and on the badges would look really nice.

Dan, my little red tail lights are no brighter than your big red tails on the Cobra ;)
I'm not really a fan of tinted tail lenses and headlights, probably because I'm approaching 40 and prefer that the local Police not mistake me for a teenager and tail me. Chrome rings will eventually be painted matte black, along with that area surrounding them.

Like someone else said, I read the title and was like, wow, Nineball usually has good taste but 22"s on this......then I opened it and saw it and I'm really shocked that you have to go that big on this car for it to look good. I'm a fan of it. The chrome around the tails will look better one you paint like you said but the wheels are perfact IMO.

How can you seriously make a post like that. Extremely immature on your part. Since that guys ride is stock he can't comment on anyone else's ride on a public forum in a public thread? You dont have a LS1 anymore, why are you and your stock wheels even still here....That makes as much sense as what you did.

True...and I'm not a fan of them really. I've been debating whether or
not to tint them.

Same reasons I haven't tinted mine. :D

I have to agree here, it was a shitty thing to post. But if memory serves, it not the first post I have read like that.

I like it....looks awesome. I've been trying to talk my wife into getting a 5th gen but she wants a 67 Mustang conv. Maybe when the 5th gen conv comes out she'll change her mind.

Very slick. Those are some low profile tires...
