Car bogs after 2500rpm till redline, poor performance
In any gear the car pulls nice until 2500rpm and then falls on its face and builds rpms very slow.
There is no ses light...yet, and everything else seems fine
I have no idea where to start, maybe clogged cats? any input is appreciated.
p.s. If you followed my last thread i just put in a new alternator to fix my voltage issue.

Changed the fuel filter at about 65k
im not sure when the last time the plugs were changed or if the ever were.
How would i check the fuel pressure?

Ok i started with one of the cheapest possibilities and in worked
I cleaned my MAF, and wow what a difference. I never knew the car could pull that hard. The MAF wires on the inlet side were completely black.

Glad you found your problem. For any future problems you can get a fuel pressure kit with all the gauges, hoses, and fittings for most make and model cars. You pulmb the gauge up to the fitting on the end of your fuel rail and fire up the car. You should see 58 psi of fuel pressure.
