I had been on the verge of replacing my PCM because of a cranks but no start condition. But then it started several times and ran, so I dismissed it, as it was time to put her away for winter anyways. Crankshaft sensor had been replaced (several times), but it hadn't been reading the revolutions on a scan tool. Also had a Coolant Temp code, replaced that sensor and went away.
Went out recently to start her, and I'm back to the drawing board.
I tested the harness to the CKP sensor, got the proper voltage and it DID ground itself back through the harness (not sure if it's supposed to do that, but it did, and I also grounded it to the chassis and got the same voltage), so those two wires are good as far as I can tell. Did not test the third wire, as I am unsure how to.

EVERYTHING else (to my knowledge) has been tested that would cause a no start, and I am led back to the CKP sensor, harness, and PCM.

ANY ideas or suggestions are WELCOMED. Should the wires betweeen PCM and CKP-s be replaced? Bad PCM? Something else? Again, it is still NOT reading the counts.

If you've been pulling PCM connectors much, you may
want to check that the pin(s) in question didn't get
pushed out or spread to the point of being intermittent.
