Default Difference of Y-Pipes

i have always wondered. what is the difference between like say a Pacesetter LT1 Y-pipe and a Pacesetter LS1 Y-pipe?

It's probably collector location more than anything. The underside of the cars are the same so that is about all I think it could be. I've never tried to put one on the other so I couldn't tell you for certain.
