Default No responce from clutch need help

I got my new tranny installed around 800 miles ago and the shop I got it from, well lets just say they didnt keep there word and took them around 9 weeks to put in a new tranny and left a housing bolt out and the clutch was slipping when I got it back. So a few weeks ago I was driving around 30mph in 1st and then went to shift and the clutch pedal was rock solid and I couldnt pul it out of 1st. So I slammed my foot down and it went straight to the floor and took it out of 1st. could it be a throwout bearing or slave? The slave was supposed to be replaced with the new tranny so I would hope that would be a problem. I could really use some input on this,

Thanks alot,
Taylor

welll long story short I was told 1-2 weeks but after not hearing from the shop for about two weeks and then delay in getting the tranny from the supplier and the supplier getting delays on parts and them taking 3-4 days to bleed the clutch.. so last time I will be dealing with them
