Default Drag Radial recommendation

Guys I have Torq Thrust M's on my car. Have the 17X10.5 on the back. I currently have 315/35/17's on them. Just regular radials. I've got to get some drag radials on there. Can't hook for a damn. I'm gonna get the Mickey Thompson Drag Radials. Should I just get the same size in the Drag Radials also? Will they fit without any problems? I would think they would but wanted to ask here first before I pluck down over $400. Thanks.

The mickeys could possibly be a little wider than the tires you have now. You may have to BFH the fenderwell area a bit more to fit them. If you're doing alot of street driving why not try out the new Nitto NT05R drag radials?

Mickey Thompsons all the way man, they hook way better than the Nitto DR's

You shouldnt have any problems fitting them..I've had the MTs on mine and never had to use the BFH or roll the fenders

I heard from a friend that a very prominent ford builder/tuner, that is well known around the chicago area, Bob Kurgan, had nothing but great things to say about them. He suppossedly tested them for nitto before they came out. But thats just what I heard...

Go with the M/T's they will be fine. Thats what I'm going to run, I ordering them from the ws6store.com they are the least expensive on there.

Ive heard nothing but good things from the Toyo DRs, you need to ask your self if you want grip over treadlife and vice versa

I've convinced that the M/T DR's are the best drag radial on the market to date.
