You mean those stupid vents? Those are not factory. I can't get a good enough look at the emblems to see if they are correct, but this is what it SHOULD look like for an 04-05 (I miss my silver rims):

They are typically stick-on affairs, if that makes it any better. 3M double sided tape. A little time with a hair dryer and some goo-b-gone should clean it up pretty quickly.

Before you buy it check the under the car to make sure there is no neon kit, and you may want to check the exhaust to confirm no 'whistle tips':

Maybe it's just an optical illusion or shadow effect, but those don't look like stick-on with the way the "grills/fins" on them appear deeper than fender body. If you're interested in buying it I'd call the dealer, go look for yourself, or find a forum member in that area to look at it for you and find out for sure. Those things are hideous. Removing stick-on's is simple, but if some schelp actually cut into the fender to install them it's big $$ to remove them and totally not worth the hassle... Ugh...

i visited the dealer and they are NOT adhesive. i can NOT believe some A-hole would actually cut his cts-v fender for this ****** ****. pisses me off, b/c its an incredible price and condition (and maintenance).

seriously, who the **** cuts holes in a car that costs this much???

oh I'm not going to buy as i already have an 06. I just want to see the ugliness in person. also if you are looking around here there was a black 04 i believe making its rounds around different car dealerships in the area. The price is great but it has been wrecked with airbag deployment so just be sure you carfax any one you look at. good luck with your search.

Sorry for you bro', that sucks, fawking moron whoever did that. Check out the 'other' forum', as you may find one there. Also, I am big believer in things happen for a reason, you can now look for a Black Raven V, as them damn silver ones are much slower, and usually driven by people that refuse to keep their car clean.
