Default FAST Intake and Coolant Rail Question

I am in the process of doing a head, cam and intake swap. I thought I had a LS6 intake on my car. When I removed the intake the coolant rail is still there that goes from the front to back of the heads. Can the FAST intake be installed with this coolant rail? If not what do I need to do. Thanks for the help.

No you cant use them. The instructions tell you this, and tell you what part number to buy from GM.

most of the vendors sell the tubes....generally listed in the intake manifold section.

since you need them for the LS6 and the FAST swap

you can run a coolant line under a ls6 intake ,just remove some of the ribs on the under side of the intake floor.if installing a fast intake get 2 vette coolant lines.use rubber lines to connect both to a T-fitting.or drill and tap the coolant passages coming out of the heads and run AN fittings and braided lines.
