Default Lq4, ls2

I want to do a direct swap of heads and cam from an LS2 into an LQ4,
Should I be concerned with valve clearance, or any other issues you may have encountered? thanks, any help appreciated.

Both Heads have the same Valves..I would look for an LS6 Cam personally..

Next question is what Heads have smaller Chambers?

You can swap them without a problem. The LS2/LS6 heads will have the smaller chamber and will net you more compression on the LQ4 motor. Obviously will do the opposite and drop the compression on the LS2.

^^I'd look for an Intake, Headers, Cam it and Tune it.

To the OP..another vote for the L92's..I'm running them without issue.
