im looking into buying the bbk intake manifold and 80mm throttle body package they have. now how much of a difference would that make at the wheels over the stock ls6 setup. and i just recently got some 36lbs injestors. thanks for the help guys

I dont think the intake would gain you much over the ls6. I think you could stand to gain more from some exhaust upgrades.

IMO don't do it it might gain 5hp at the wheels if that a electric cutout and/or some type of ram air induction would be worth while mods if you dont have them already.

I wouldn't waste your money. Stick with the LS6 and have your TB ported. I wouldn't mess with the BBK intake or TB especially if you have the LS6 already.

Stay away from BBK TB's they have a tendency of falling apart and taking a **** out the exhaust. I had it happen to a buddy of mine. As far as the intake I would only go with an aluminum intake if I was going to through nitrous at her.
