i hope this is the right place or this. I picked up a complete dash from a 02 trans am ws6 with gauges that i plan on putting in my 89 trans am carb'd with a t56 6 speed. is it possible to wire in the gagues to work without the computer?? like are these stand alone gauges or do i need the ls1 computer to run them?

You need the Computer and the BCM to run those Gauges..you are better off with the pre-1999 Gauges.

thanks for the info. thats what i was looking for i'm probably just gonna buy a 1997 trans am gauges
