spring rate slp fronts(HELP)

Default spring rate slp fronts(HELP)

okay im lowering the z28 only need the fronts was looking into eibach pro kit, and i cant find anyone with just the fronts or even a set i could buy, im checking out these ones on ebay say there oe gm slp progressive spring rate 39-78n/mm (223/448#/in) anyone know how these springs compare to the pro kit? im looking to lower the front an inch. let me know what yall think heres the link http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/OEM-S...Q5fAccessories

thats a good price. they ride nice and have a 1/2 to 3/4 inch drop.

How well would these springs be with a set of 1LE springs in the rear and bilsteins all around? I need the 3/4 inch drop in the front b/c im runnin a 18/19 combo and the front looks crazy with more fender gap than the rear!

i'm not crazy about the slp front springs. they don't lower the front quite enough IMO. if you look at pics of that setup installed the front sits higher than the back which bothers me (and is why i sold the front springs and bought lower ones). also i don't know what your current setup is but if you're going with lower stiffer front springs, i would match it with a slightly stiffer rear spring as well.

a lot better than stock in terms of handling, but again i don't think they're quite low enough

Well ive got my bilsteins and 1le springs on the rear and got the driver side done on the front setup(slp and bilstien). Right now my driver front is sitting 1/2" higher than it was before with just stock ta springs! Whats up?
