Default Nitrous Questions

Hey guys I need a little help, I have decided to try nitrous on my 1998 Camaro Z28. I know I want to run the plate system but where is the best place to buy a kit. Also, what other accessories or safety products will I need like different plugs, controller, window swtich etc. Right now on the car I have walboro fuel pump, lid and filter, 160 thermostat, flowmaster. Thanks for your help

How big of a shot do you plan on spraying? Automatic?Manual? Plugs need changed out, for a colder plug.

Check out our plate systems...pretty hard to beat the technology, results and price.

I also recommend taking a look at the all-out package. It has pretty much every accessory and safety component you'd need to make your kit safe and consistent.

If you were looking at doing 150hp now and possible moving up to a 200-250hp later then I'd suggest going with our plate because our plate can and has preformed flawlessly with 150hp all the way up to 250hp shots ( Keep in mind that at the 200+ plus levels your tuning, spark plugs -( You will need to read the plugs )- and fueling has to be pretty much be spot on ). You will need to run a colder plug in the car for the nitrous and i'd suggest getting a NGK BR7EF ( Stock# 3346 ) gaped @ 34 and that plug will cover you up to a 200hp shot. For the controller i'd suggest getting a Progressive ( which comes with a built in window switch ) becasue it will let you adjust the nitrous ramp according to traction which can come in handy on those mexico runs or at the track.

For what you are asking for i beleive that one of our total packages would suite your needs. They will come with the System, Stage 3 Acc Pac, Window switch or Progressive ( Your choice ) and spark plugs.

Here is a example of what the vehicle specific kits looks like. ( Note in the pic the customer opted to pair the system with one of our switch panels which can be added to the total package )
