Default Machine shop in houston? (lt1 heads)

i am going to buy a custom grind cam to go with some afr 190cc heads. i need to find a good machine shop to tell me everything about the heads so i can give them to the cam man... they are assembled and have double springs so i guess i will need to know spring compression, flow #s and such. also im not too sure of everything that needs to be checked so if anyone has any recommendations i would appreciate it.
