People really shouldn't drive drunk... he had 3 kids in the car too....

Re: New pics of my car... (not what you think) well, hes not getting screwed by the alw cus i felt sorry for him and didnt call the cops.
but he is getting screwed bny his insurance cus that companys going bankrupt.
the damage totaled to about 4600 with labor.
im still waiting to see how much the medical bills were for. i wnet ot physical therapy for a month.
everything is covered and it was his fault. but i dont like the hassle of going to teh lawyers and the doctors.
im now waiting on my ultra-z hood so we cna begin the repairs

Re: New pics of my car... (not what you think) It sounds like you may be the one to get the shaft! IF his Insurance company is gojng under, that leaves him to pay for your damages out of his pocket right? What if he decides that he just doesn't want to pay for it. You have no proof it was his fault without an accident report and it comes down to his word versus yours. Unless you have some sort of already set-in-stone arrangment with him, his insurance, and a lawyer, i'd be worried!

Re: New pics of my car... (not what you think) actually, i wont be getting the shaft at all. i have pictures to back up where he hit me and everything. before the bumpoer and fender were removed, it was very obvious who hit who.
i have full coverage, so my insurance company isnt gonna screw me over cus the other companies going under.
i dont think hed have the ***** to say it wasnt his fault. he was drunk. had a wife and 3 kids in the back and i didnt call teh cops because of that.

(not what you think) well, after i realized that he was gonna try and wweasel out of it, i immediately went to a lawyer. trust me ill upload pics of the car before he hit me and you can tell that he hit me. i was standing still 10 feet from the stop sign line and he broadsided me.
