Default Need fed back on a amp

A co-worker has this amp for sale for a 150.00. It is a Directed Audio (DEI) D2205. Its a 5 five channel amp and the watt are not bad. I dont any thing about this brand.

Getting the amp for my wife Tahoe. I have one 10 going in when I get a amp for it. Do you think this is a good buy.

what brand of sub? for $150 if it's in good condition it worth it.

I have installed Directed amps in the past with good luck. This was years back though.
