Question Bore and stroke L-92

Help,dinosaur needs info on the best bore and stroke combos for an L-92 I plan on building.Good bye to my big block and hello aluminum wonder.Might even sell my 8 track player.Thank you....

416/418 seem to be the popular combos. That's stroked only..

We can build an LS3 427 c.i. motor. 4.100" bore and 4.100" stroke. That would be for an NA or possibly some light N2O. More commonly is a 418 c.i. motor. 4.070-4.080" bore and 4" stroke.

sorry i dont mean to hijack, but you bore it all the way to 4.1? so one could put a set of ls7 heads on your ls3 427?

You can build a 416,418, 427, 429

4.070 bore x 4" stroke ... 416
4.080 bore x 4" stroke ...... 418
4.070 bore x 4.100" stroke ........ 427
4.080 x 4.100" stroke ............. 429
