What wheels are these?

I need help identifying what wheels these are and how much are they worth. I haven't seen these on any camaros and am curious what they are as they kind of change color as you can see from the top of the wheel. Thanks in advance guys.

Prob 98 SS wheels that were sprayed with a Pearl coating.
