need help finding shocks for rear hatch. '00 WS6

Default need help finding shocks for rear hatch. '00 WS6
does anyone know where to buy the rear shock things that hold up the rear hatch on a 2000 WS6 ? there worn out and wont hold the hatch up.

any site would be appriciated.

any part store should be able to get them like carquest or napa or autozone etc..
