Yes that is excatly what I was looking for. Someone had told me it was called a headache bar, so if it is not what it is called I am sorry!

That is called a light bar, it's not intended for structural support. From what I know they are not in production any more.

they were originally made for westcoast convertible owners who were surfers that wanted a rack for their surf boards. Most common in mustangs
