Default Rear End Question

What's up fellow bird lovers? I recently purchased a 1994 firebird formula. I want to get a 0-60 time that's the full lt1 power. The problem is I'm afraid if I floor it I'm gonna drop my automatic transmission or lose my rear end. The 94 has a transmission preform button and it shifts pretty hard. The car has 125k (just turned) on the odometer. Can I floor this car without worrying about causing major damage?

If the engine is stock you should be Ok but heres a tip "as long as the tires are spinning you won't break any parts".

you should be fine if the engine is stock...the rear end and tranny are designed to take the stock power up to a certain point...if the car hasnt been driven hard before, try not to give it its all..gradually build up your trust in it
