looking for a good bodyman that can work quick.we work at a fast pace here and need to be able to keep up.if you can work a frame machine thats a huge plus but saying you can and being able are two different things.we have tools here but its nice to see someone with there own.

the shop is located on the north end of deland
my oldman does the final hiring, but you have to go through me on here first.
pm me on here or email me jokershalom@yahoo.com or call my cell 386 527 0152

by saying"we work at a fast pace here"
may have scared off good leads.Believe it or
not theres still alot of GOOD mechanics that take pride
in their workmanship.

I take pride but I move in any job I do. A couple people on my team cause the rest of us to work harder, so I completely understand the move fast comment. I would love to get new people but they are hard to find!!!

you can take pride in the work all you want just dont turn a 10 minute dent into a 2 hour event.if fast pace scares people its better that they dont respond.fast dosent mean hack.we go through more people than a strip club we hire everyone that comes in the door some last longer than others.

"Fast pace" doesn't mean bad work... if anything the contrary. When you're a newb and don't know all the exact materials to use and steps to take, s#!t takes 10 times longer than it should, and usually still looks a little off.
