Anyone know were I can pick up a ebony boot for an 02. Really dont wanna spend over 300 on ebay for one.

That's about your best bet. Keep monitoring ebay and be patient. You can sometimes manage to snag one for much less, especially if it is a different color. Then you can paint it with one of the color matched plastic paints. I managed to get one for less than half that price on ebay.

I believe a geo metro boot is the same part number. I have one and rarely use it, but I don't want to let it go for this reason.

I remember seeing something in here about it, but I could be mistaken. I'll look around and see.

Now i can't find it. Maybe it was the cavalier. Who knows.

Boots get separated from cars all the time. Car gets sold, nobody thinks about it, and then eventually the boot gets tossed.

Luckily, there are hoarders out there. Sometimes black ones pop up for sale. Good luck finding a grey or tan one though.
