Default Stereo/ window switches go out at random

Hello, I've had this problem of my stereo power going out at random when driving. Whether its radio or CD I lose power to display and speakers. At night when it happens I still have button lights but still no display. And just recently I noticed when this happens I also have no power to window swithces for both sides and this includes actually using the passenger window switch. Nothing until the stereo comes back on then I can use my window switches. I would like some help and since I dont have a lot of spare time I need to know where to start so dont leave me hanging witha "just start checking relays and fuses". Thanks for any advise.

Um... do a search on the forum. Short answer, something about a weak solder joint somewhere on the passenger side under the dash. Relatively easy fix... I still need to do it tho... LOL

EDIT

Um tried several time at search and no go. Not even close. I knew someone would chime in with the "do a search". Give me SOME credit lol. The only word I didn't use there was "flickering", I've used about every thing else lol. I hope you didnt think I was that lazy. Anyways thanks, seriously-alot!. I've got to get this fixed before I list it to sell. Good luck on yours btw.
