what shocks and spring i need to hook my car im stock now

there's more to hooking than shocks.

my first step would be LCAs, relocation brackets, and a $15 poly torque arm bushing for good measure.

^^^ if he's procharged i'd recommend more than simply a poly bushing for the flimsy little stock torque arm haha

is this a street driven car? any use other than track? do you want it to handle well at all?

Since you have spent money going FI-dont get cheap with putting it to the ground. A adj TQ arm with a relocation mount-if you want to stay with a long arm. Shocks. for drag and limited street-Go AFCOs. The rest is needed so its up to you on who to buy from.
