I have a few the questions on ls9 heads, can i use a l76 intake and how thick are the deck , I know the l92's are .300 or .400 . If there thicker that would be the head to use for FI the mastsport l92's are just to costly.:chug::nod:

The deck thickness on the production L92 heads measures .500".

The LSX L92 heads have an additional 1/8" of thickness.
I haven't been able to section a LS9 head yet so I don't have a clear answer. Sorry.
