Default Torque Converters!

I know, it's been asked a 100 times.
2000 1/2 truck with all the free mods, planning on a 408 ( plus)& blower and a little gas in the the spring. Need to know of what's a good torque converter? (Putting the trans together this weekend)
I drive it on short trips every day so it needs to stay on the mild side. some where around 2500 to 3000 my guess. What do ya think.

I have a buddy putting a 427 in his silverado and he is going with a 4000 Yank. I am currently running a TT3000 and have been nothing but happy with it.
