did all 6 speed ls1 cars come factory with 3.42 gears? i have a 2002 z28 with automatic 2.73's and am looking for a complete 6-speed rear with 3.42's cuz i'm getting ready to buy a converter set up for 3.42's, can anyone help me?

Yes, all 6 speed cars came with series 3 3.42 gears.
Your car came with series 2 2.73 gears.
So a 6 speed rear will match up with the stall you are looking at.

why buy a complete rear? save your money and just buy the 3.42 gears and have them installed in the rear u have now
