Default How to remove pins?

I'm reworking a harness for my swap and wondered how do you remove the pins/wires from the ecm? Thanks.

take the back gray cover off where all the wire come in.

Take off the colored shield thing off the plug side.

Gently push the wire you want to remove forward

Lift the tiny white retainer

Tip the pin slightly up and pull the wire out.

Do the colored (red/blue) covers just pull off? And how do you pull the white part up it has that capture bolt with the clip on it.
