If these are new developments then they are not tune related; the tune won't change over time. The car will though. Mail order tuning can't fix any physical issues with the car.

I didn't previously tune this car (don't know who did) but I have tuned many MS4 cars. They are large cams but they tune very easily. In almost all cases, cam buck can be almost totally eliminated. At cruise, it all can, but you still can't drive around a parking lot with clutch-out in first gear at 11-1200RPMs.

to the op, if i remember, i know who did your dyno tune, and you have had problems. If I were you i would get a tuning suite. I got efi-live and i am sooooo much happier. I am very picky and having the ability to change little things any time is awesome, plus in the long run way way cheaper. Frost is right though the tune will not change, it cant. I dont know why people think that. If your tune was **** before then that is another story. Check out all other possible causes first. Tuning will not fix bad parts. As far as a mail order tuner goes i have never heard a bad thing about Frost, though i have no experience with him, but all his info is right on the head. I have learned a lot reading his posts. my .02

Frost did my base tune for my turboed car, did a fabulous job considering I just gave him a list of specs. Fired right up and sounds good!
