Default Strano's Good For Drag Racing?

Soo I've Been Debating For About The Last 6 Months To Either Keep Stock Ride Height Or Go With Strano Springs. I Kno That If I Went With The Strano's Crusie'n Around It Make The Car Look Better But I'm Also Wondering About Track Performance. I'm Just Wondering If Theres Anyone On Here Who Has A Set Of Stranos And Drag Races And If Soo Did You Notice A Difference Good Or Bad? Heres A Picture Of How It Sits Now.. Soo If Anyone Could Help Me Out That Be Great..

Thanks
-Dan

The Strano springs will work fine as long as you take into account needing to make other possible suspension adjustments to work with them. Many people run our lowering springs without issue.

The main thing is when you lower a car the lower control arm angle changes and will this will affect the ability of the car to hook. A fix forthis common problem is a set of relocation brackets.

We do offer relocation brackets in 2 varieties both weld-on and bolt-on both of which can be found HERE.

Prokit would be a downgrade compared to the stranos. What shocks are you running?

With stock shocks and Strano springs I have consistently cut mid 1.5 60' foot times. With that said, I recently bought a set of drag shocks and will be running the stock springs out back searching for every bit of ET I can but I have been very impressed with my experience running the Stranos. My car is by no means fast compared to many other cars on here but when it cuts 1.5's with only 360rwhp at 3500lbs. the springs really aren't hindering me much if at all. Make sure to buy a set of LCA relocation brackets to recorrect the geometry and you will be good to go.

I cut a 1.74 60 ft on stranos and koni shocks. I can probably get into the 1.6s.

Did that with just boltons and 4000 stall and Hoosier QTPs

for a street/track car i see no problem with running stranos. i have hotchkis/koni (hotchkis is similar to the spring rates) and i have no problems hooking and pulling off good numbers. if you have a track only car thats when i would start changing things up
