Default Brake Grinding Noise on Left Turns

Ok So I spent about 2 days looking at what the possiblities of the problem could be and I am not sure if its the rear end or a simple ebrake tightening. It sounds like the squealing of metal to metal on the brakes and the discs look fine. My ebrake lever pulls way up so I am pretty sure it needs to be tightened but I dont think that when turning left the shoes would be loose enough to hit the rotor. Has anyone else had the same noise when turning left.

I also think I have a howl from the same passenger rear tire that could be the wheel bearing. I know this is dumb to not have investigated it first but its been under 30 when I get home from work so I havent felt like freezing my *** off and taking it all apart. I am just looking for some insight for anyone who has heard this sound and how they fixed it.

Whole rear doesnt need to come apart. Just pulling the c-clips. if it is the wheel bearing

I've got this same issue as well. So, you just pull the c-clips, and then what?

Slide out the axle and pull out the seal and bearing
