Default 20" rear wheels

What size tires are you guys running? I'm looking into a set of custom 19/20 true forged wheels for the next V and was thinking about doing a 305/25/20 in the rear if it would clear.

highly doubt a 305 will fit whether on a 20" wheel or not.

i dont have a problem going smaller because the car will be pretty low. But i was thinking with some rear fender love it may have been possible

EDIT: just found Tony with the 360forged car runs 285/25/20. Thats what i needed to know

hey Y2k-I am currently in the process of having my Asanti's widened in the rear from a 9" to a 10" and they are 20's all the way around. If you can wait about a week I will let you know how they fit and hopefully they will, lol.

My tires are 285/25/20 Nitto Invos in the rear. I will post up hopefully by next weekend with photos.

You looking to get into another V1 or a V2?

Add another V to the DFW arsenal.

Nice, first thing you will need to do is get that bitch some axles!

Your last V was pretty nasty. Looking forward to see what you do with your next one.

i run the same on a 10.5" wheel as sits as flush as can be, with rolled fenders and all.

unless other suspension mods are made and a serious fender roll, a 305 will not fit. mine are as flat as can be and with harsh driving i've notice a bit of a touch on the sidewall considering the tuck them well.

edit: just noticed you realized that above.

Should be pretty cool. Thinking Satin black wrap and a set of 19/20 or maybe even 20/20. Ive already got a built 402, lots of nitrous stuff sitting but who knows what route i will go with it. Gonna teach the girl to drive a stick in it bone stock first. If she likes a 6spd then we'll probably keep it a stick and throw an LS9 clutch in it. If not then ive got alot of 4L80E parts. Ive got someone coming to look at the bike next week and have a pretty good lead a nice cheap high miles V. Just gotta have a buddy check it out first

He does, but on a 19x10" wheel. As far as I know he is not lowered though.

Same setup I'll be running very soon!

I got my wheels back so here is a short video to show how the 20x10's work with 285/25/20 Nitto Invos. I was heading to do an engine shot for you when I ran out of disk space . My son was sleeping in the back at the time of this video; the cam works like a charm every time! It puts the kids to sleep better than anything on the market, lol!
