Negative Trader Feedback - Watch out for candyblueta!!!!!!!!

I have bought and sold a lot of stuff on here over the years, more than my feedback even shows. I finally ran in to a shady seller...

I purchased sensors from this guy back in September.

I did not receive 1 of the o2 sensors & the NGK plugs I got weren’t even for an LS1. I didn’t really care about the plugs, but I did need the o2 sensors & the rest of the stuff & that is why I bought it.

I contacted him after getting the box & thought we could get it taken care of. I was wrong!!!

First off I really want to apologize for the big miss-hap here and the lack of comunication. I was on vacation and had not any chance to check my ls1tech account and had no clue about this until I got the email from paypal... Also I thought I had mailed all of the correct stuff but obviously not. I'm not sure how it happened with the plugs but I'm looking and the o2 sensor right now in my hands.

I will get this mailed out to you first thing in the morning. Included is my personal cell number so you can call me if there is any questions.

Yep, Had a guy try and screw me on some wheels at Ft. Rucker...Poor guy didn't know my brother inlaw is a Chief Warrant Officer 4 at the same base.:devil:

I think what he is trying to say is... you dont what to ruin his military record (LIFE) over a never received O2 sensor. The DA will contact him first to try and resolve the issue, if he does not comply.. it will then go to his military leadership. If he is lifting them from work, dishonorable discharge isnt a good thing to have.

The last thing the military needs is scam artists in it...do you know exactly the sensitive stuff service members deal with everyday?

I was gonna try to help out and even asked him to send me everything so that i could resolve the problem but continually I get harassed and messages. So with my having trying to help get the facts straight, and no I'm not giving you my information to fuck me over for something someone else has done. Depends on his chain of command (and his MOS... some MOS's are more lenient than others, as a Cavalry Scout I got the more harsh leadership). They will either tell the OP to eat a d!ck or they will just tell the service member to make good. If you go the route I suggested earlier (file Theft by Deception with his local County DA) you will 100% be lighting a fire under someones ass... especially if he STILL doesnt make good and a warrant is issued.

Better bring this back up! It looks like the dirt bag is at it again, selling more sensors.

The reason I brought this thread back is because I was contacted by someone recently who appears to maybe have a problem with you & your selling habits.

At no point did you ever offer to do anything but to "make it right" to me. At that point I heard nothing more from you & you didn't answer my PMs. I did get your message tonight & you did leave a phone #, I can at lease appreciate that.

But still to this point in time, I'm the one who got fucked over by you, so call me what you want & I'll do the same.

If you want to do the right thing here & make this deal right with me I'd appreciate it. At that point, I'll go about my life & never worry about it again.

I was the person who contacted Unstang about this transaction recently. I was pointed to Unstang by a friend who saw this thread after he saw my post in candyblueta's for sale thread. I hadn't recieved a tracking number from candyblueta in a couple of days and began to think the worst. I just sent Unstang a PM to see if he had resolved his problem with candyblueta and he said that he hadn't. I sent candyblueta an email at the same time, which he promptly responded to. He told me that he had been out of town for a couple of days which I believe to be true as all of his emails came from his phone until the day he got back. I told him that I had talked to someone who believed that he was scamming people on here and it made me a little uneasy. He responded again very promptly and told me of the situation with Unstang which he obviously thought had been settled. He advised that he was coming back into town that day, and that he would get my stuff mailed out immediately and get me a tracking number. I got a tracking number from him in an email that showed where my stuff had been shipped out that day.
At this point candyblueta seems to be a very stand up guy in my opinion and I will post back when I recieve the stuff I ordered from him. I hope that he and Unstang can work out something so that his name is clear on here and everyone involved is satisfied.

Yall are missing the point here. I'm not "ripping anyone off"... I'm tring to settle this and have yet to get a response. This was a big mis-understanding and not by anymeans an attempt to try and screw someone out of 1 o2 sensor.
