Default Torque arm question.

Ok so im about to order a Torque arm and I see that the relocation mounts are for stock exhaust or Long tubes. I have a stock exhaust now, but plan on LTs and TDs in the future so should I just get the one for LTs and just install the TA and not the mount until I do the exhaust or what? Thanks for any help in advance!

For true duals you want the one for stock exhaust

So your saying I should just get the one that says stock exhaust and when I get my LTs and TDs on it will still work right? Ive got LPPs not Kooks like it says I should.

Can anyone else confirm this?

Hello
I noticed that you are asking what torque arm to use with true duels. And I always suggest going with a full length adjustable arm and then go with a relocation cross member to allow you to move the arm off of the rear of the transmission. Doing so eliminates any issues or chances of breaking the mount on the tail shaft. Because if you went with a tunnel mounted version you would have clearance issues with the cross member of the arm.

Below is a link to show you what UMI Performance has to offer! And if you have any other questions feel free to ask and I will be more than glad to help!

Planning ahead is always a good thing to do... nothing like buying part twice

I would recommend a full length style arm with a torque arm relocation bracket to take the load off of the transmission tail housing.

This setup will have no clearance issues with any exhaust choices.

The torque arm can be found HERE
