oh my god, not another broken part! well my dad broke this line on my car today trying to put an elbow back onto the pcv valve. well i need to know what it is and how expensive it is to replace and i must know IS IT OKAY TO DRIVE?

Well, with those pics it's quite a mystery, but I'll play along.
It looks like the purge line that runs from the solenoid to the intake. It's on the driver's side, near the front of the engine, correct?
If yes, you can plug the intake side and drive with the light on until you get it fixed.
