Default Help- where does this go?

Rear of driver's side not far from #7. One end is hooked up but where does the other end go?

That is used for tha AIR pump system. One end will go to to vacuum on the back of the intake manifold. I believe there should be another end that goes to the AIR pump itself.

Good spot to hook up a boost gauge if you removed the AIR setup.

Thanks MadIce. The AIR system was removed. Is it OK to leave the wire unhooked as in the picture or will that constitute a vacuum leak? Plug it or just leave it?

You can just plug it by sticking it on one of the exposed studs on the coil bracket...I just took the whole thing off though.

Gotcha. So the other end that is plugged in currently is plugged into...what?

I think that is the purge solenoid for the AIR system...it's been so long, I don't really remember.

Yet another piece that can disappear. Just shaved off another 3 ounces. Woo hoo! That has to be worth a tenth in the quarter.
