so i got home and turned off the car and ran out again to have the dash lights not working.. the speedo and steering wheel lights and the lights on the buttons on the doors weren't lighting up. checked the fuses and had one burnt out ..dont remember exactly what it said but was something like CHVS Backup Does anyone have an idea what would cause this to burn out.?

sometimes they just go with age, heat, and vibration. Replace it and don't worry about it until it blows again.
